Just diagnosed, super scared and confused! Leep procedure?!!!

Just I just got the news that I have HPV 1,2,3. I'm very scared because my doctor is telling me is different from what I am reading online!
She says that they are low risk, but none are genital warts--but she is concerned about the #2 strain and wants to do a leep procedure.
Which she explained to me and it sounds scary.

She said that it won't effect sexual pleasure or elasticity, or pregnancy. However, from what I read online, this is not the case.

I refuse to do the procedure if it's going to affect pleasure levels for my partner or me.  And definitely not if it's going to affect me giving birth in the future.

Please, can someone confirm this with me? Can I trust this doctor?
