Lump Outer Labia for 8 years

i am a 31 year old healthy female. i have had 3 children. i have had a protrusion like bump on my outer labia (at the top)  for at least 8 years i first noticed it when i was pregnant with my first child. Never really paid that much attention to it. i just recently became obsesessed with it.  i have no other lesions that i can see on the outside of my genitals. its just always been there. if it were a genital wart would it have remained for that long and without spreading. what are the chances it is just a skin tag? the only reason i ask is because do warts typically hang around that long?

Thank you, eases my mind a little bit, i have an app in two weeks. although the skin tag (i assume) is gone, i used dermatend to treat it.
