Oral HPV Help

I regretfully had unprotected oral sex with 3 guys within the past 3 years (1-once, the other two between 4 to 5 times), and I'm afraid I have Head and Neck Cancer.  I, now, understand how unsafe oral sex is and will for sure make better decisions going forward.  However, I'm afraid I have ruined my life as I have been having issues in my mouth.  I've been to several doctors but I don't feel as if I have been checked well enough to rule out throat cancer, which often goes misdiagnosed. I've been diagosed with silent acid reflux but it could be wrong.

Can anyone help me with these questions.  I hate living in fear.  I know it is my fault but any help is much appreciated.

1. Does anyone know on average how long it takes HPV to turn into cancer in the mouth region?

2. Is there any way (FDA approved OR not) to test for oral HPV?

3. Can the Orarisk hpv test from oral DNA tell you if you are infected with oral HPV? I know some do not like this test, but will it at least tell you if you are infected?

4. Based on my history, 3 unprotected oral sex partners in the past 3 years, do I most likely have a high risk strain of HPV?

5. Why can't you take a pap smear of the mouth to test for HPV (swab the mouth instead of the vagina)?

6. Can anyone provide any additional help or assistance on oral testing?  It is very hard to get tested in this site.

7. Which scan is best to take to see if I have cancer...digital xray, cat scan, mri?

8. I have warts on my hands and feet that I have had for years.  Does it mean my body does not clear the virus well? If you do not clear hand and foot warts well, does it also mean you will not clear high risk HPV well?

I have been tested for stds, seen by 2 ENTs, 2 dentists multiple times, etc.  However, I don't trust what they say because they just looked...no tests.  I want a way to test to be as sure as possible.
