Your symptoms sound allot like ORAL thrush. Or CANDIDA ( yeast infection). Which you may be infecting your girlfriend with. You should NEVER perform oral sex when you have a mouth infection as you are putting HER at risk.

I find it a shame that you appear unworried about your girlfriend and only yourself? 80% of sexually active adults come into contact with hpv at some time. You AND your girlfriend may BOTH have been carriers for a long time from previous partners. It can "Hide" in your system for years before becoming active.

Several Medical doctors on this site have told you to STOP worrying.

Your girlfriend needs your support. HER body is being affected by the virus right now NOT yours. She is probably very scared as she is the one fighting the virus NOT YOU. CIN3 needs monitoring and OR surgery to treat.

Fact: there are 100 different strains of HPV
Fact: 80% of sexually active people encounter HPV and MOST naturally fight it off with their immune systems. (most people have it at some point)

Fact: only 40 strains affect genitals
Fact: only 14 can cause cervical cancer
Fact: the HPV vaccine ONLY protects against strains of HPV you have never caught.
Fact: There is NO std test for HPV
Fact: the chances of HPV harming a male are very very slim.
Fact: HPV DOES call cancer of the CERVIX. Cancer of the cervix has a high death rate.

YOU NEED TO STOP worrying about you. YOU are FINE. Your girlfriend needs you. Go give her a hug
