Oral sex and Sore throat for 5 months

Hi ! I am Sam and I am 21.. I was very healthy upto few months ago but now I feel as I am not healthy as much as I was before
I had a bad time with a tranny . I know it's the worst decision I made in my life however I had only unprotected oral sex , no anal or other things .After two day I got fever then I am scared and started to think about hiv . In 6th day I day feel like throat irritation and 10th day I got two spots on head of my pennies so I went to Std test and all test was negative but still I have sore throat from 6th day so I again tested on 2 months and still all negative . Spot  on my penis head sometimes come and go, sometimes feel bit itchy in genital so I finally decided to check in 4 month and still all results are negative but Doctor said it some sorts of fungi infection so I got anti fungi cream and it was much improved but  I am still worried about throat pain started from 6th day to 5month now . I tested gonorrhea but it was negative . My doctor prescribed me some antibiotics in 4th month it seems improved but it doesn't go away . I have no pain at all while drinking or eating but I feel like something stuck in my throat
I never had throat pain for this long before

Please help me!
! What would be cause of my sore throat ?
Can it be throat Hpv or cancer ?
Is there Any other std cause long term sore throat?

I got appointment with ENT but still have 3 weeks to meet

Please give me some advice ! I am worried like living in hell
