Apple Cider Vinegar caused ulcer size of a dime HPV

Hi, I've been diagnosed with HPV after seeing a dermatologist. I went in his office at 8:30am in the morning, he looked at in and said "it's warts", put on a paste told me to wash it off in 3 hours and sent me on my way and to come back in 3 weeks if they didn't fall off. I was in his office for less than a minute. I was dumbfounded.

So I got home, washed off the paste and looked online. I saw about ACV treatment. So i tried it that same night. I used cotton, taped it on the three small bumps and left it over night. They changed white and swell the next morning. I read this means it's working. So i washed it off and reapplied it, instead with toilet paper this time. I did this continuously for 3 days, changing it about every 8 hours and washing it before changing.

I clearly over did it. I stopped duringthe third day because the surrounding skin started scabbing and wanted to give me skin a break. I stopped too late.

There is now a dimed size deep ulcer on my penis. I wish I never used ACV, it looks so terrible and i'm so stressed. Its deep, white, turns yellowish when dry, but it's usually wet. I'm scared and don't know if this or how this is going to heal. The warts really didn't look that bad, and i did something so stupid to make everything look 1000x worst. The ulcer is just so deep and white I really need help. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Please help

This is why the doctors on here recommended not to the ACV on warts. Sorry for your skin condition. Go see your dermatologist again.
