Please answer

i read that the high risk HPV that doesn't cause warts but could lead to some cancer affect mucosal tissues.
Say if one has the high risk in infection in the genitals can he/she infect their mouth if the they don't properly wash their hand and then touch their mouth?

Yes. you can't transfer high risk hpv from genitals to mouth via your hand. The same as low risk HPV. You'd need to actually give oral sex to someone infected to get it in your mouth.

I meant to say  " high risk HPV" that you can't transfer that from your genitals to your mouth by route of your hands

So what your saying is that HPV is site specific and if you have it in the genitals you can't transfer to your own mouth my route of your hands

No you won't infect your mouth by touching. You'd need to give oral sex to a person infected, and even then it's rare to get it orally.

You are right, high risk doesn't cause warts, but can lead to pre cancerous cells in the cervix
