Recurring hpv outbreaks and swollen lymph nodes

"I had an hpv outbreak in February, and since then I've had two more this year (first time it happens) everytime I try to have unprotected sex. Second one was in October and the most recent a couple weeks ago. I also get swollen lymph nodes on my groin along with the warts. Anything that can be done? I go to the doctor to get the warts removed, but I'm just shocked that I cannot try to have unprotected sex without getting them back. I need to know what I can do to have them gone forever. They normally appear on the outer side of my genitals."

There is no certain cure for HPV infections. You can clear warts but the virus HPV still remains in your body. The only thing you can do is to keep the virus dormant by following some helpful tips:
- Having protected sex
- Using medication
- Exercising regularly
- Eating healthy
- Having enough sleep
- Lowering stress

Maybe you should stop having unprotected sex for a while, especially since you have an active infection and sex seems to trigger it.
