STD transmitted through licking plantar wart

I have a plantar wart as a small bump under the skin on my sole, the skin is still smooth but You can feel the bump under the skin, there is no scaling or rash or anything like that, just a bumped surface under the skin. Would I be at risk of std if someone licks my foot and the area within the wart?  Since from what I read, the wart creates small invisible lesions in the skin surface, does that mean orally transmitted STDs can be transmitted through the wart as the wart may provide a passage into the blood stream? In other words is having a plantar wart same as having a skin lesion and exposure to std? If so which std are possible to be contracted by licking a plantar wart? Many thanks
