It is OK, but not enough. Here's what I am taking:

Vitamin C (500 MGs with Bioflavonoids) - 2000-3000 MGs per day
B100 Complex with 400 MG of Folic Acid (1 per day)
Vitamin E - 800 IU (2 pills of 400 IU each per day)
Zinc - 50 MG (2 pills per day, so its 100 MG total)
Vitamin A - 10,000 IU (2 pills per day, 20,000 IU total)
Green Tea Extract pills - 300 MG (2 pills per day, 600 MG total)
Garlic (odorless) - 2 per day (sometimes I take 4 per day)
Echinacea Goldenseal - 2-4 pills per day
And a "One a day" for men over 50

This is a bit much and I try to space out the Vitamin C since the body can only absorb 500 MGs at a time. But I think its working. I also quit drinking as I know this hurts my immune system.
