Always start with seeing your dentist for any oral bumps for an oral cancer check. If necessary,  you will be referred to an oral surgeon for further examination and removal of these dots for biopsy. An ENT doctor will also be able diagnose them. Or go see your Primary care doctor before the Ear, Nose and Throat doctor. Good luck!
