What could these spots on my shaft be?

About 3 weeks ago I noticed a small group of shiny, pinkish-red spots on the underside of my penis about a centimeter from the tip and just one small spot right at the edge of the head. A few are raised from the skin but only slightly. I'm worried that i may have contracted genital warts. They seem to possibly be "rug burn" because they have recently had dry skin forming on the top like they're healing but I haven't seen any signs of them going away. They haven't spread and they don't itch. I'm most worried because I have had unprotected sex with 5 different girls since November/2011. None of whom have mentioned any outbreaks or bumps themselves. I'm pretty sure that the girls would have told me if they had anything because they were all sober, consensual encounters, with girls that I acquainted myself with before intercourse. But then again you never really know. Any advice will help! Thanks!!

Go see a dermatologist asap.  No one here can diagnose it, however shiny pink spots do match the description of warts. The doctor may be need to remove one of them for a biopsy to know for sure. Unsafe sex with anyone gives you a 20% chance of getting this virus. You did 5 times which means you have a 100% risk. If you are still having unsafe sex, stop now while you have a chance of not infecting anyone else and not being infected yourself with multiple strains of this virus or some other STD. The other thing you may want to do is contact these women and ask about their recent Pap results.

i said a centimeter from the tip but i meant from the head. these small spots are on my shaft
