What do these look like? Do I have genital warts (HPV)?
I have multiple individual pink bumps on my groin area and a couple below my belly button. Different from these I have skin coloured bumps near the shaft of the penis but nothing on the penis. They haven't went away and they seem to be increasing in numbers. There is no itching or pain. I am very worried.

Pics are of no use here. Please go see a dermatologist. It may be nothing or it may genital warts. If you need to start with your GP (PCP), then do that and get a referral for a dermatologist.
