genital wart question

Ok so i have been sexually inactive for about 3 years since 2013, and i just recently noticed a single growth on or around my penile shaft. It seemed very odd because like i said i havent had any sexual contact in almost 3 years and i just noticed it recently. Also i picked it off by scratching it and it fell off really easy, i have no other growths of any kind. Also i have been working out a lot this past year because of big health changes and noticed recently my hygine has been slacking and missed a couple of showers could this be the cause of the growth ? It is red and a white center and there was only one.

The only way to have this diagnosed properly is to have your doctor check your genital area.  It could've been a wart, old ingrown hair, or maybe a pimple?  Pimples and rash can appear if you don't bathe right after working out.  Warts usually don't just fall off after scratching them, and are commonly skin colored unless they become irritated... If you notice any more showing up, get checked out by a doctor while they are still visible...
