help please

Hi im broke ive spent alot of money on doctors and urologist and dermatologist in the past year and a half and i just need some help.  I think its possible i may have genital and oral hpv or possibly not but i havent had any luck pinpointing my issues yet.  I know you're not soctors but if you dont mind please check out the pictures in my profile.

I have some small white dots on my lip and also have more small white/yellow dots on my inner upper lip.  Sore throat, swollen glands, red, white discolored tbroat and tongue.  I've been have tingling in my face off and on for a few months some days i cant feel it hardly ever and others it makes my eyes shake and head hurt.

Please any input would be great. I have chewed tobacco for the past 15 years and i quit at the start of November in hopes of gettinv better and also to save myself money for a doctors appointment.

Please check out my photos and please don't report me, because i also have one picture of my penis because i also have irritated skin on the glans of my penis.

The photos are on my profile page.  I have not went to an ear nose and throat doctor but last Thursday I went to a walk in clinic. Doctor gave me zithromax and said that he didn't believe it was viral because I've had a sore throat for over a month.

I don't see a link to photos. Have you seen a Ear, Nose and Throat doctor for the oral issues?  It almost sounds like herpes more than HPV. You may also want to see an Infectious Disease doctor.
