lumps at my tongue and white tongue

i met a guy 2 years ago. i performed unprotected oral sex and swallowed his pre-cum but not his semen. after a couple of weeks, i have developed a cold sore, sore throat, night sweats, head ache, and joint pains but had gone until now. So, the thing is, this year, i have develop white tongue and red lumps way back at my tongue together with fatigue and i am now developing anxiety and depression because of this. The white tongue and enlarged red lumps on my tongue had been around for about 3 months already but i don't already experience the symptoms i've experienced two years ago. that was my last unprotected sexual activity i ever had which was 2 years ago and not already engage in any sexual activity. please help me. what could this be?

Those red bumps may be inflamed taste buds.  Go see your dentist for oral issues.

It's probably thrust.  People get thrust all the time. Go to a doctor so he/she can tell you.  And no, you did not get HIV. Cannot get HIV from oral sex.

It's probably nothing.  So see a doctor.  Does not sound like warts.  You are probably fine. Chill.
