oral hpv

I have a squamos papilloma on my uvula, is this related to hiv?

I'm not sure if I understand your post entirely- but if I have it correct you have HPV and HIV?  Those with weakened immune systems (due to things such as HIV infection) are more likely to have oral symptoms of hpv and develop warts on the mouth.  While many of those with HPV rarely contract mouth warts, it is possible.  While the HIV obviously would not cause a wart on the mouth (HPV causes this), due to the effect the virus (HIV) is having on your system may very well be contributing to why you are having rare mouth warts.  Hope this makes some sense.  If you have any other questions, I'd bring them up to a health care professional.
