rough skin on labia minora and around vaginal opening

Hi, I have recently in the past couple months noticed a rough patch on the bottom right part of my vaginal opening and overtime as I have had more frequent unprotected sex to spot has become more enlarged and my labia has began to have split or fissure like cuts, almost all on the right side. However they do not bleed and they don't have any discharge or pain I also get to tiny pin sized dots at the opening of my vagina. I am a nursing student and the only other may cause I could think of other than it being HPV is either bacterial vaginosis or a yeast infection. Could this however be the initial growth of a flat lesion?

Well I spotted last month for the first time, but I take birth control. I guess that could be a possibility, ya know internal warts. But I feel nothing abnormal on my cervix or inside. Problem is I just can't get a doctor appointment till June.I'll wait it out till then I guess. I know hpv is very treatable in early stages, I just don't want it to cause damage from me having to wait.

Normally internal warts will bleed during or after intercourse but not necessarily. If i where u i would most definitely hold off on sex until you figure out the problem and see a doctor because from my knowledge internal warts could mean high risk HPV which could also mean you could have them in your cervix and sex is no good for internal warts they will spread like fire . Please go see your doctor have a pap done and u never know it could just be a irritation of some kind

Unprotected pretty much every day for about 8 weeks. Can the vigorous activity be a possible reason for it? I've learned initial warts can come up about 6 weeks to 6 months after contact.

Painful normally hpv is not painful.  this is a personal question and you don't have to answer if you don't feel comfortable but when was the last time you had vaginal intercourse? and was it with a condom or bare skin?

It's kind of hard to see. It's just like as you open the right lip you can see in the bottom corner and it's rough, and you can see skin splits on the lip and two painful dots near the vaginal opening.

it sounds to me that you should really go see a doctor. I am a woman who was diagnosedwith HPV genital warts about 2 months ago it can be very scary to see doctor because it just reassures. Justttake extra care of you immune system boost with vitamins and lots of vitamin C use vitamin E oil to relieve the dry area's and if u feel the dots are warts keep Your down stairs extra clean and dry except for the vitamin E oil never use your bath towel more than once what I do is dry my body with a towel and blow dry the genitals. I had a breakout of about 8 -10 warts i got rid of all of them in less than a week with apple cider vinegar I am now wart free for about 3 to 4 days. I know nothing about internal lesions. Sorry if i was no help but if i was i am very knowledgeable about HPV
