symptoms and question

I performed oral sex on a man about 5 months ago. A week later my tongue was burning and I had two canker sores come up. I went to the doctor and he wasn't sure so he gave me a prescription for dukes miracle mouth wash. I used that for about a week and the symptoms went away. I October I met the same Guy and gave him oral sex again. Stupid I know. I started getting worried and looked at my tongue and I have some bumps around the center of it. It has started burning again and so has the roof of my mouth. I can't believe I was that stupid again. So I'm worried I have hpv and can't find any good pictures of oral hpv to see if that is what I have. I wish I could post picture here so you could seewhat I was talking about there are about 15 bumps in the center of my tongue. They are infringement of the area where bumps are normally shown on diagrams. And the front of my tongue Burns and roof of my mouth as well. Any ideas if it is hpv or what it might be? If I gt through this I'm only doing stuff with people I'm in a relationship with. No doubt.

Thanks for any help.
