No they are different strains and cant be spread from thumb to mouth. The only strain that can be transfered to mouth is genital warts via oral sex.
i have a little wart in my thumb.
I have licked it without thinking i was doing it.
is it possible that i have passed it to the mouth?
thank you
is it possible to get rid of HPV completely, if you have a very minor out break of only one lesion, that is removed. my doctor looked at it and said it was nothing to worry about, he was very dismissive about it.
i had minor outbreak of HPV, only one lesion. it was removed by cryogenic treatment 2 x in one month.
will this lesion come back ever in a different place on my penis?
This is not the HIV board, this is the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Community. The two are very different things.
my friend had sex with a man and he had hiv. then she had sex someone elses. i told the guy who she slept with that she slept with a person who had aids.was i wrong for doing that .
I severely doubt you have genital warts in your mouth unless you are suffering from something like advanced HIV disease/cancer/another immune suppressing condition. Genital warts in the mouth are HIGHLY rare and usually only occur in sickly individuals who have very low immunity. Some bumps in the mouth are normal, our mouths are not supposed to be entirely smooth. I would see a doctor to put your mind at ease.
