Suddenly jump from high blood pressure to low blood pressure

My mother is 57 years old and she was found high blood pressure in 2010.

In 2010: Blood pressure is 180 mmHg (high pressure) / 100 mmHg(low pressure). The doctor gave Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets. The blood pressure is then controlled to 107~135 mmHg(high pressure) / 65~80 mmHg(low pressure).

In 2015: My mother suddenly felt dizzy and she was found that her blood pressure jumped to 80~90 mmHg(high pressure) / 50 mmHg(low pressure). Then the doctor asked her to stop taking any blood pressure control medicine.

Her heart is examined OK.

What is the reason that blood pressure jumps from high to low?
Is it often among high blood pressure patients?
What should we do now?

Sincerely thanks.
