I feel pressure intercranial
But today, the doctor took my blood pressure and says I'm OK

that is?until I have feeling of deafness

Welcome! If your BP is OK, it sounds like your symptoms are not related to hypertension. Normally when one feels symptoms of high BP, it takes a BP of 200/100 or more. Some people will feel symptoms at a lower level, but it normally takes a very high BP to feel it. I think you need to see a different doctor and get a second opinion.
