Lower back pain seems somewhat common due to surgical positioning. The Charlie horse feelings in your calves are concerning since there's risk of blood clots after surgery. You should have that checked out. Let us know what you find out.

Thank you so much for writing.  I went to the er today because my vagina back and legs were hurting more so my grandmother took me in and they said we could only treat you for one not for everything... so I still don't know why my legs are doing that.  The pain and an itchy anus the inside of my vagina they said it was a skin infection and they don't know how I got it..
It's not uncommon to get an infection from being in the hospital or a surgical center. Some of these infections can be very serious and require very strong antibiotics. Did they tell you the type of infection? Were you given any antibiotics?
I came home the same day of surgery. I feel disgusting I don't know how I got an infection. The Dr put on the paper that it's called it a TINEA CRURIS I don't know how I got it .. I think it's from the wipes and soap that they had used the day before surgery.. because I was fine before I got the surgery and had to use the special cleaning.. I feel nasty cuz I have a infection that I don't know how I got..
I think it's from that because I have really sensitive skin I have to use certain kind of soap and that day I cannot use my soap out of use what they told me to use
