Disorderly proliferative endometrium

I had undergone a hystoscopy polypectomy and gynaec D &C. The hispathology report goes likes this:
Nature of specimen: endometrial polyp
The histology shows variable sized proliferative type of glands, irregularly distributed in compact stroma. The glands show irregular branching, budding and cystic dilation. Foci of crowding of glands are evident. There is absence of nuclear atypia.
Diagnosis: Disorderly proliferative endometrium

Can you please tell me what it indicates?

Impression: Disorderly Proliferative Endometrium

Negative for cancer

Doctor advised for TAH BSO and given divory tab 10 mg for 7 days.

My question is there is no other way to cure it. Since I already had two ceisuring to get birth of babies.

Hello,
The biopsy report means that you do not have any infection, or pre-cancer or cancer of the endometrium. The proliefartive endometrium can be due to stage of the ovulation in which sample was obtained or due to heavy bleeding or hormonal imbalance etc.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
