Having back pain .... 2 weeks post op... Is this pain a result of the surgery?

I am 2 weeks post op....hysterectomy...I am experiencing severe  left sided low back pain... Could this be related to the surgery?

Sorry for the late response. Surgical positioning can cause back as well as leg pain and problems. I'm curious what type of hysterectomy you had - robotic, laparoscopic, abdominal, vaginal? Has the back pain improved?
