Could you have poly-cystic ovarian syndrome? My sister has this, just a thought.
hi normal endometril thickness is usually 1mm so yours is quite thick, has Dr mentioned a possible D and C? inhomogenous is actually meaning all the same tissues, sometimes differect tssues are in the uterus indicates problems,,,obviously yours is a bit of a problem as of the thickness,,,has enometriosis been ruled out?
Ovarian cysts are usually painful if small or large, I had one and it attached my ovary to the bowel with endo tissue too, that was the cause of my hyster,
You need to avoic a hyster and I think you would have options at this point sometimes they put you on the pill for awhile to shrink endometrium and regulate,
the pain med is ok and I understand its needed I had many trips to er before my surgery,,,but its not the cure of course it just masks the pain which in some cases canbe bad example if the ovary was ready to rupture and you werent feeling too much pain cause of heavy narcotics,,,likely they gave you vicodin right? thats not too strong when taken as prescribed. It will cause constipation sometimes its a good idea to ask doc if you should take a stool softner along with it, in any case eat lots of fiber and drink pleanty of water.
lower right abdomen you need to rule out appendix possibilitys,,and as for the center could be fibroids, endometrosis, andenomyoisis, and or the polyps hurting, polyps can often be cured by cutting of the blood flow too, by using a medication like birth control or Leupron ask Dr about this.
As for becoming pg...you would definatley want to get rid of the polyps and deal with the other issues so you would not increase odds of miscarriage and as it seems to be it would be diffficult to concieve anyways but please keep your chin up, Ive heard many success storys of women carrying babies to term, once female problems are curred,
I have heard Canadas wait list can be long dont know if true or not but try to be proactive pushy if you must , get your name on some lists of gynological surgeons,,,Im leaning towards you will need some sort of surgery to resolve this likely a d/c atleast.
good luck
