do exactly as remar says...rest, rest and rest. If you can manage it, have someone watch the darling children....and either stay upstairs or downstairs and you'll be fit in no time. Good luck
I'm not the best surgical patient. Our house has stairs so I am up and down them. With 3 kids I don't get as much rest as I should I'm sure but I'm not doing anything strenuous. It's not bad pain just really tender and sore feeling like bruised I guess. I am only tender on the right side though so that had me a little worried.
Some women heal faster than others, we're all different. This is major surgery and it's only been 3 weeks. So yes, you can still be having tenderness. If it's very painful of course see your Dr right away.
Are you sticking to Drs orders and resting? If you try and do too much too fast your not giving your body the chance to heal. No stairs, lifting or sex for 6 weeks.
I hope you feel better soon. Take care. Remar
