Scar tissue

So I just found out that my uterus is stuck to my abdominal wall. I haven't meet with my doctor since I go Thursday. But I was just wondering if anyone else has had this and what your symptoms were and the out come. Thanks

I have been dealing with abdominal and pelvic adhesions for over 20 years and I am NOT a health care provider but you have all the signs in my opinion. I do agree if it something you can live with try, if you have to have surgery make sure you find someone GOOD at laproscopic surgery as well as very familiar with adhesions.

Hello,
The scar tissue binding the uterus and abdomen is due to adhesion formation which are bands of tissue that form between abdominal tissues and organs. Surgery is currently the only way to break adhesions that cause pain, intestinal obstruction, or fertility problems. More surgery, however, carries the risk of additional adhesions and is avoided when possible. So if you are not having many symptoms as such then it can be avoided.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
