I am Debbie 57, and I don't know what is going on with my completion. I have had a hysterectomy over 20 years ago and been taking estrogen for that same amount of time. Recently I have tried to only take one pill every other day and sense I have done that I've developed a skin condition of very small pimples in clusters on my chin and checks. Dermatologist calls it roseasha while none of those meds help, I've noticed that taking my hormone pills every other day this is comming back. Just wondering If anyone has come across any skin conditions do to the lack of estrogen in their body. Thank you
If they are migranes your estrogen gone and that does trigger headaches in some women. Bio identicals in my opinion and most on here are the best...I like Vivelle its an estrogen patch you apply below the belly button on pelvis and change 2 or 3 times per week according to drs advise..I did not have any blood test for this its not necessary if your ovaries are gone you have no estrogen,.Calcium is good, for bones, I had restless legs and leg cramps right after my hyster but they stopped when i started bioidenticals...a multivitamin is a good idea too.
