have major cramping and lower back pain i have had a full hystoretamy is this normal

I have been having problems for the past 6 years started after I got tubes tied then had to go in for a partial hysterectomy and just 4 days ago had to go in and have my ovary's taken out and today I woke up with major back pain and stomach cramping

Wow, that is a lot of surgery. :( I am sorry you are dealing with pain. You are barely into the recovery stage so a bit of pain is to be expected. The back pain could be from the way you were positioned during surgery. Hopefully, it will improve.
