hydrosalpinx treatment without surgery Possible ?

Hi, there !

I've, been battling hydrasalpinx  with Anti-inflammatory drugs about five months  but I'm still having pain I also have uterine fibroids ,so i'm looking for a alternative medicines can treat fibroids as well,any good suggestions ?  Thanks !

I'm sorry you're dealing with this. The large majority of fibroids do not need any intervention / treatment. If they are causing heavy or prolonged bleeding, there are medications to treat the bleeding, one of which is non-hormonal tranexamic acid (brand name Lysteda). Far too many women end up having unnecessary hysterectomies for fibroids and other gynecologic problems and end up with a whole new set of problems since the uterus as well as the ovaries have lifelong functions. I hope the hydrosalpinx resolves soon and the pain is gone!
