hysterectomy 20 years ago...

I had a total hysterectomy 20 years ago in my early 30's. I have been on Premarin since....625mg. At 52, do I need to continue the pills? I figure I'm at or close to being menopausal.

After hysterectomy you are in menopause immediately and I get many answers from my doctor (my good friend) is better use hormones still but you must be controled on mammography each 2 years
