Had a hysterectomy 7yrs ago. did not remove ovaries or fallopian tubes. Starting to have lots of pelvic pain again. Will I have to have them removed eventually?

You need a diagnosis on the pelvic pain before thinking you may need a BSO (bilateral, tubes n ovaries)   there are many things that causes abdominal pain, as above says plus, scar tissues, addhesions, all of these are curable, no need for great worry but if it is one of the above expect a correctibe surgery.

Hang on to at least one ovary if at all possible, prevents instants menopause which trust me from first hand esperience not fun...hrt helps . but getting the right adjustment for your anatomy can take a few tries

That can be caused by many things including ovarian cyst, endometriosis. It is best when having pain in that area to contact your GYN and make an appt. with them.
