pregnancy after partial

I HAVE HAD A PARTIAL HYSTERECTOMY DUE TO FIBROIDS AND CANCER, HOWEVER, I HAVE REMARRIED AND WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE CHILDREN (EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY HAVE THREE FROM A PREVIOUS MARRIAGE).  IF YOU ARE IN THIS SITUATION AND FIND AN ANSWER PLEASE LET ME KNOW.  I DID HEAR THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON UTERUS TRANSPLANTS, WHAT IS THE WORD ON THIS?

Could be I have not heard of it one would need to be on anti regectionmeds for life and I am not sure this would be safe for a baby

Hiring a surrogate would be your best bet
