Can I have Chickenpox twice?

Back in 2007, I had chickenpox, followed by Septicemia of bloodstream. Now, my brother is infected with chickenpox. What are the chances that I'll be infected again, If I stay in in his room, or hug him?

Actually being exposed to your brother may strengthen your immunity, even without you getting sick.  So this can be beneficial.  Very unlikely for you to get chicken pox again after having it once.

You should only get infected once, but there are some rare occurrence of a second infection. However, it will not be as bad as the first infection.
