Can one get rabies from rabies vaccine due to manufacture error?

I got scratched by a friend's cat a month ago (cat's still f9 though). I got vaccinated immediately with anti rabies verorab shots. Its been 6 days since my last 5th shot n my vaccination course is complete. I was given shots at hip since i live in an under developed country. Later, i read on net that shots should not be given on hip. Since last shot, i feel tingling in body n weakness. I am extremely depressed, could not sleep properly for last 3 days. I FEAR THAT IS IT POSSIBLE THAT ONE COULD GET RABIES FROM VACCINE? Since it contains dead virus, a manufacture error might cause it? I read symptoms of rabies n get more upset. I curse myself that why i got vaccinated when the cat is fine.
