I'm going to continue surfnsand247's (hope she's doing ok) original "Tingling after Swine Flu Vaccine" and start "Tingling after Swine Flu Vaccine Chapter 2.

We have over 150 posts here and it's difficult to post a new comment. I had a hard time getting to the last post today.

So please go to Tingling after Swine Flu Vaccine Chapter 2 to post new comments now. Thanks!

Thanks for your support. i have been reading everyones posts, feels like we are all in the same boat! i have been reading the book "the secret" too. I had One good day after reading this , it is hard not to think about all the shot stuff when you start to have symptoms. I woke up about 3 times last night with my heart racing, then started vomiting. i have read that gulf war syndrome is similar to this.Been reading about that too and asking everyone what to do. I don't know anymore. I will try to find someone that does the lymphatic massage in my area. i am also going back to the chiropractor today. I am soooo tired. trying to stay positive, thanks to all of you I don't feel "crazy" anymore.!

Try going to a naturopath or an osteopath for additional health support; they can help you with chelation therapy if they feel it's warranted. If you saw my post from yesterday, I am detoxing by lymphatic massage (moves toxins out of the lymph nodes and into the blood stream to be secreted by urine, sweat, etc) and by sauna (I prefer infrared sauna because of the light therapy that's involved too). Plus, other people have suggestions too. My symptoms have lessoned, not gone away completely but lessened.
Please look over all the suggestions by prior posts. I know you are distressed. I was a week ago too (convinced that I was going to be paralyzed) and in one week! this has changed for me. I think it's going to take awhile to heal but with different therapies we can get there!
Just know that you are anxious because of the symptoms, not having symptoms because of anxiety! As I read in another post, if we had tingling, etc caused only by anxiety, 95% of the world's population would be walking around tingling! Medical doctors lump everything that they don't understand or know into "anxiety or stress". Being in the medical field you probably have run into this time to time. However, from other people's posts, anxiety can exacerbate the symptoms, so please try and do whatever you can to lessen your anxiety. Get that extra health support too! Please stay in touch with us.
