Foreign Exchange Student

I have a 6 month old and a 2 year old who aren't vaccinated for religious reasons.  We are being asked to host a foreign exchange student from Cameroon, West Africa for the upcoming school year.

Would this post greater risk on our children?  We understand the current risks not having them vaccinated causes; but, I am unsure if this would pose a greater risk on them.

I don't know what Cameroon has to do with anything.  If the exchange student arrived with a disease, then it would pose a greater risk to your children.  But if he did not, there is the same risk that your children would get from basic exposure in school to other kids.
