combination of flu and H1n1 shot reaction

I had my flu and H1n1 flu shot last Oct 3, 2011, when I had the shot I felt a numb  sensation on the arm that received the shot, had a bump and hematoma on the site. Do you think it hit my nerve or vein? After 2 weeks, I started to develop symptoms like on and off body weakness,  had irregular heartbeats, almost fainted  3x, 3 ER visit prior to admission on Nov22, and thinking a GBS but its negative even my MRI, LP,and other blood test like Lyme test,HIV,Hepatitis and other bunch of tests. They sent me home, unfortunately, had a csf leak, had blood patch. its been 2 weeks that I was sent home, but I still have leg spasm on and off worst night time, like its vibrating,I lalways wake up in the night3-4  because of these leg spasm and night sweats, pressures on my ears like a loud sound ..........body weakness( I still can't move fast),ear pressure ( seen by ENT said normal),dizziness, lightheadedness, night sweats,I feel my body hot ,though, I don't have a fever....please help me. Is this a late reaction from combination of flu and H1n1? My neurologist  said my weakness was from my hospitalization. Could this be a complication from LP?  I don't know what is wrong with me?

Hi!
It could be generalized weakness. Take a multivitamin pill, and eat healthy and see if it helps. Otherwise it can also be due to dehydration (so increase your water intake to 4-5 glasses per day), electrolyte imbalance or due to low Vit B12. Hence you may need blood electrolyte and B12 estimation done. Stress and sleep disorders due to stress could be another cause. Please discuss these possibilities with your treating doctor.
Take care!
