Pneumonia vaccines are generally safe and rarely do they cause side effects. They may cause pain and soreness at the injection site. Muscle pain and fatigue may occur in few. In very few cases there can be fever and swollen glands in the neck. This side effect may last for a few days following vaccination and improves. Rotavirus is also well tolerated. Side effects are very rare and easily treatable .Generally the benefits of vaccines outweigh the risks. Very serious side effects can happen with any vaccine but are very rare. I hope it helps. Take care and regards!
