2 suggestions and 2 questions for Mood Tracker

Hi, I am starting to use the Mood Tracker, but am missing 2 things that I am able to track on my old paper chart:

1) Dosage of medications  per day, as this helps the P. (and myself) to evaluate the effect on a certain amount, raise or lowering of dosage of each medication. Would it be possible to add Amitriptiline as AD?

2) A way to link the Sleep Tracker with my Mood Tracker, as sleep seems to have a lot of incidence on bipolar, it's regularity and amount ... leading to hypomania for instance.

And then just 2 questions: is there a way to be able to print out a blank paper tracker, that allows me to see ahead for a month, not just 2 or 3 days. I don't use my computer on my bedside ;-))) and if I wait to get back on it, I forget some of the things ... How could I on this paper chart have some of the items that I haven't checked in yet ... 'cause they just haven't happended lately?

Is there a function that allows to get an overall idea of the tracker over a year ... without all the details, but allowing to trace seasonal factors and longer periods of (hypo)mania or depression?

Thank you very much,
Greetings from France.

Thanks for the suggestion. Amitriptyline is now available as a treatment in the Mood Tracker.

Thanks for the suggestions. We realize that many of members who use the Mood Tracker would like to track their medication dosage. We have this on our list of to-do's, but it's not yet available. We'll let you know when it is, though.

We can certainly add amitriptyline as a treatment to the mood tracker.

In the future, we'll allow you to overlay data from different trackers, including sleep and mood. When we do that, you'll also be able to view reports of the trackers over a much longer period of time.

Since we don't allow you to go forward in time more than a few days in the tracker, you can't print out a blank paper tracker. We'll also add this to our list of future enhancements.

Thanks,
