Advertisement Starts by Itself

I have an AARP Fraud Watch advertisement that starts by itself and I can't make it stop... Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it?  It's when I'm on the Thyroid Disorders forum...

It happens on both the Thyroid Disorders and Current Events pages - there may be more, but those are the main pages I've been on recently.  It's AARP Fraud Watch Network, located on the right hand side of the page below the "Related Forums" and "Most Popular Tracker" boxes.

Isn't there some way I can keep it from starting on its own when I'm doing something in another tab?

You can push the stop button on the video to stop it from playing.
