I guess i'd need to check them out. since my energy is usually pretty low, i was hoping not to have to sort through a lot of other stuff to do what i wanted. pain, swelling, perhaps against general activity and medications. some meds i only take once a week and would like to know why some weeks it knocks me down for several days, and sometimes it doesn't. is it due to schedule? late nights? eating out? who knows???
Some of our trackers have options where you can indicate an increase in energy level or a decrease in energy level. That would be relatively easy to add. Would that work or do you actually want to specify energy level on a scale of 1 to 10?
yes, it's an autoimmune system cascade, Graves' Disease, Addison's Disease, Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis, and most recently added Fibromyalgia. I was using the pain tracker, but it wasn't really helpful, because i already know what conditions increase the pain. It's energy level that might be useful to track, as correlated to medication timing and stuff like that.
Thanks for the suggestion. Many of the trackers already allow you to track energy level. Do you want to track energy levels due to a specific condition?
Thanks,
