Copy Meals and Then What?

I just started using the food diary. I'd like to use the "copy meal" function to copy a meal and paste it into the next day. How do I do that? Also, is there a "help" section for this tracker? Thanks!

It sure does help. I can't believe I didn't notice that little box. You are wonderful!

Thanks,

OK, scratch that.  You CAN add it to your foods.

When you select a food, there is a little box under the name of the food and above the serving size of the food.  Click the little box to save the food to your own list.

Hope that helps!

Hi again,

I don't see where you can add a food from the master list to your own list.  But I am going to do some research and let you know for sure.

I'll get back to you.

Thanks! When I first clicked Copy Meal, I must have done something wrong as I didn't get the calendar. This is great!

The other question I had is whether you can add a food from the searchable list to your own food list. That way, you don't have to search the larger list each time.

Thanks again,

Hi there,

When you copy a meal, you choose the date you'd like to paste it to.  For instance, if I added a meal today from lunch and I knew I'd be eating the same thing tomorrow for lunch, I can click "COPY ME" and then a calendar option will open.  I can either manually enter the date or click on the calendar icon to open a calendar.  I would then click on the green "COPY" button and it would automatically put that meal for lunch on that day and bring me to that day on my tracker.

Unfortunately, we do not have any tutorials or help functions for our trackers at this time.  But if you have any other questions, please feel free to let us know.  Hope this helps!

Good luck!
