Hi there -

You can do this from our site, and it looks like you've synced your data, so you can set up your trackers, and then go to the Food Diary and edit or delete, if no one else has added that food item yet.

1 - Log on to www.medhelp.org from a computer or device with the internet

2 - On your home page, please go to "My Health Feed" (you may have to scroll down a bit to find it)

3 - If data is shown in your Health Feed, you should see a chart icon to the right of all the items

4 - Click on the chart icon, and it will open your tracker

5 - Follow the prompts to set up your tracker

6 - At the top of your tracker, you should see other shaded icons for your other trackers

7 - Click on each one and follow the prompts to set those up

When you are finished setting it up, go to My MedHelp at the top right of every page and choose Trackers.  Click on the Food Diary tracker icon, and when that is set up (also super easy), you can choose My Foods (under the icons of your trackers).

Click on the food item, then a box will appear to the right of the list. At the top of that, you will see "Edit" and "Remove from My Foods".

Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi there,

A couple of questions for you.  Are you using the Google Chrome app or are you using it on a mobile device?  And if you are using a mobile device, which device are you using?

Thanks!
