Problems leaving notes

Hi there! I have been having issues with leaving notes the past few days. I type the note out and hit the send note button and nothing happens. I know that sometimes it's finicky and you have to bring up the little note box. I try to do this and it won't come up. It just goes right back to the big note box. Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this problem? I hope that I explained this good enough! Thank you so much!

The timing does sound suspicious -- are you having the popup issue at other sites as well?  You might want to try checking to see if your popup blocker's settings have changed.  And maybe take a look at your Firefox add-ins and plugins too, to see if something got changed there.

I go to the person's profile page and hit the leave a note button. I am running Firefox. No ad blockers that I am aware of. I have been having a HUGE issue with pop ups and it started about the time that the note issue started. Do you think if I fix the pop up issue, the note issue will resolve as well?

Thanks for the tip, nuhepper!  ariley13, are you talking about trying to send a note by using the popup that appears when you roll over a member's name?  Can you let us know what browser you're using, and whether you're running any adblockers?  Thanks!

Had the same problem and lost notes last week.  What worked is to click the person's profile and write a note to them on their page.
