MedHelp is free to join.  While some of our Expert forums require a fee, most of our forums are free to participate in.

Just look to see which ones are community forums and which ones are expert forums.  It's only the expert forums that will cost you money.  Everything else is members helping each other.

The site is free apart from Doctors who give their time on the expert forums.Have a look at the forums and groups here run by the members .

Your here and signed in so no it does not cost money. Certain forums have a Dr who will answer a question and for that there is a fee. But overall the site is free.
