Graphic Charts for daily calories tracking from food journal

I'd like to be able to see the daily calories counted displayed in a graphic chart.  It seems like I saw this on the introduction to the site but cannot find it in the web design.  Also It' would be great to track in a graphic the calorie breakdown and Protein, Carbohydrates, and fats.  Sometimes, I find I am eating the right amount of calories without noticing that it's all carbs... Please advise...

Hi there -

If you go into the tracker, then click on Settings, you will see  Daily Calories:
_ Calculate automatically _ Enter my own

Click "enter my own", and it will show a box for you to enter your own.  Right under that, you will see Daily Reference Intakes, and click Customize if you need to change other values.

Thank You, I found it... I think I overlooked it or it was not there.
New question, how can I find my way back to re enter my total daily calories...
The calculator is telling me I should have 1800+ calories and I think my top calorie intake should be 1400.  How can I edit this info.

Hi there -

While in the Food Diary tracker, you will see Food Diary / Reports / My Food.  Click on Reports and that will show you the graphic reports.
