Have not received MedHelp Daily Update since September!!!!

I've not received the Daily Updates since Setember 2014.  The customer service said they are working on it, but this is a rediculous amount of time to have something not working that has worked for many, many years.

I used to receive it on my Nook and I would read it in the morning before I got out of bed.  This was something I really enjoyed.  For some reason when I try to go into MedHelp from the search on the nook the format is messed up so I can't read it from my nook.

Is there something that can be done about this.

Hi there -

You can also check your watch list. You can find it on your home page on the left side, in the Applications widget/box, or here - http://www.medhelp.org/watches/list_discussions/952530?personal_page_id=2074416

You may want to bookmark that page, and just visit that page. I hope that helps!

Hi Jena,

We are so sorry that you are still not able to see your daily updates.  It has been a while, and we understand this must be really frustrating.  Unfortunately, we have had to pull our resources in a few other directions and haven't been able to get this fixed for you as quickly as we would like to.  We do apologize for that!

As soon as we get any new information on when we will be able to fix this, we will follow up with you.  Thanks again for your patience!
