How do I add custom symptoms?

Hi, I am using the ovulation tracker primarily, and I would like to add my own symptoms (or descriptions of symptoms), treatments, etc., because I don't really label some of my symptoms by the terms you use...for example, under muscle tension, I don't really have muscle tension, but I do notice during PMS that I have little control over some of my motor system, facial muscles, etc. So, I am currently having to check the boxes for muscle tension or something else, and try to remember what that is actually referring to in terms of my more precise symptoms. Is there a way to add my own? If not, I really think there should be, and not just one or two blanks, but several. I have seen this option on numerous other software programs, so surely it should be possible with medhelp trackers. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I do try to use the journal, but if I experience random sx, I can't really remember to pay attention on a daily basis and see if there's a pattern, if they're not offered as an option to consider. I can't really complain, medhelp is the first site I have ever found useful and enjoyable enough to use consistently, but it would be AWESOME if I could customize my stuff. Thanks again.

Hi, tigercubtat,

Thanks for the suggestion -- I'll be sharing this with our developers.  As a workaround in the meantime, you might want to try using the journal feature to record any unique symptoms.  Hope this helps!
